I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay, I booked through Booking.com. During the booking process, I clearly mentioned my check-in time as 5:00 AM. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to allow early check-in without an additional payment.Even after the payment for the extra charge for early check-in, my family and I — including my 6-month-old baby — were made to wait for two and a half hours in the reception area. We were finally allowed to check in only at 7:30 AM. This was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially with an infant. This experience was far below expectations and not what I anticipated after booking through a trusted platform like Booking.com.Its really disappointed
