Spring Airlines is a Chinese low-cost carrier was founded in 2004 and initial operations were between Shanghai and Yanta along with daily flights to Guilin. Spring Airlines was the first Chinese airline to operate a subsidiary in Japan.

Travel Class
Spring Airlines provides for one travel class and an upgrade add-on:
Economy Class: Spring Airlines provides all passengers with comfortable seating. Extra baggage allowance and extra legroom seating can be purchased as an add-on. Guest can relax in the padded headrests and can purchase meals and beverages onboard and can be pre-booked.
Spring Plus: Spring Airlines allows passengers access to dedicated service, priority check-in and boarding, ticket flexibility and freshly prepared meals and beverages. Guests also have access to 20-40% more legroom and front row seating access.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Fortune Wings Club is a frequent flyer programme which offers members to earn points every time they fly and redeem them for extra benefits.

Baggage allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry hand baggage which can weigh up to 7 kgs and the check-in bag can weigh up to 30 kgs according to the chosen fare option. Passengers can read about excess luggage allowance, specification and additional charges here.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in upto 2hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-inupto 2hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

In-Flight Services
Spring Airlines provides all passengers with the best meals to pre-order online. The menus can differ with Set Menu which is available on flights departing from Shanghai and Spring Menu which has been inspired by professional chefs. All meals are requested to be pre-booked 4 to 36 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Special meals need to be pre-booked 36 hours prior to departure.

Onboard support
Spring Airlines provides assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with wheelchair services during the flight.

Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Spring Airlines sales’ office or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
