Peach is the budget carrier airline of Japan which is a joint venture between All Nippon Airways and First Eastern Investment Group. The airline boasts a fleet size of 26 and covers a network of 21 destinations.

Travel Class
Peach Aviation provides 2 travel classes
Simple Peach - The lowest fare type with add-on options of checked baggage and seat selection.
Value Peach- The most sought after seat selection allows passengers to change flight details without any additional costs along with seat selection. Passengers can also earn in Peach Points while booking and are refunded for cancellation in Peach points.
Prime Peach- The additional facility fare which allows for extra checked-in baggage with free seat selection from smart/pleasure/standard seats. Travel dates for passengers with this fare can be modified with no added costs and will receive a full refund in Peach Points.

Baggage Allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry on hand luggage which can weigh up to 7kgs and check-in baggage which weighs up to 20kgs. Please read more information about baggage for different fare types and additional baggage price here.

Check-in
Peach does not provide online check-in facilities.
Airport check-in is at least 3 hrs to 90 mins before the flight's departure.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Peach Points is the smart travel program where members can earn points on every JPY spent. Passengers can earn from the ticket fares, baggage fees, seat reservation and taxes. Peach Points are non-transferrable and can be redeemed for any flight needs.

Onboard support
Peach provides special assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with wheelchair services during the flight. All passengers are requested to contact the airline directly for special assistance queries and reservations.

Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Peach’s sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
