The service was fine, however I was dismayed that the reception clerk, the concierge, and the bellman clearly wanted me to hire a $100 car to return to the airport, when in the event, there was no trouble at all hailing a cab in front the hotel (15seconds,max) at the regular fare when I left there.

The rest was good, it's not a cheep hotel but you kinda pay for the location, which is very close to Central Park.
